The African Energy Chamber just announced the 2024 edition of the continent’s flagship event for the energy sector: “Invest in African Energy”, taking place in Cape Town from 4 to 8 November.

Ghana’s Vice President Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia is expected to deliver a keynote address at this year’s conference dubbed; “Energy Transition in the African Petroleum Downstream Context: Prospects, Challenges and the Way Forward”.

The summit is scheduled to run until the end of the week and intends to highlight the issue surrounding mining in Africa.

Morocco is hosting the International Conference on Renewable Energy (IRSEC), which will be held remotely from November 23 to 27.
