African Energy Week (AEW) 2024: Date Set

The African Energy Chamber just announced the 2024 edition of the continent’s flagship event for the energy sector: “Invest in African Energy”, taking place in Cape Town from 4 to 8 November.

The African Energy Week (AEW) conference serves as a platform for engagement, collaboration and investment in Africa where the challenges of industrialisation are huge. The African Energy Chamber (AEC), which organises the AEW conference, has announced the launch of AEW 2024: Invest in African Energy. True to its commitment to a secure and sustainable energy future for Africa, the AEW Conference will return to Cape Town from the 4th to the 8th of November.

AEW is all about investment in Africa’s energy and it is no coincidence that it has become the premier deal-making event in Africa. The event brings together the largest number of African oil and energy ministers and is opened by African presidents. National oil companies from across the continent lead discussions, while international energy and technology companies come to sign agreements and forge partnerships. The event brings together African stakeholders and global authorities, with energy heavyweights from the Middle East, Europe and Asia using AEW as a platform to engage and invest in African opportunities.
